Brave group announces a new management structure, effective from October 1, 2024, as part of the new strategic growth initiatives, aiming to reinforce organizational growth and to adapt to evolving business. The group will be expanding its global operations centered around the many IPs owned.

New Management Structure
In light of our eighth anniversary, we have established a new corporate management structure designed to improve our operational efficiency and accelerate the decision-making process across our different business segments.
This strategic move aims to both balance creativity and economic viability to bring our group overall performance to newer heights.

D1 & MetaLab Merger
D1, Inc., who joined Brave group in November 2023 and MetaLab, Inc., established in April 2022, have successfully merged together and the new entity will be known as D1-Lab.
Under the new management structure, D1’s CEO Tsuyoshi Hanzawa and MetaLab’s CEO Yuichi Kita will both serve as co-CEOs. Additionally, the board of directors from both companies will be integrated, with Shohei Miura, Vice-President of Brave group’s Corporate Affairs joining as a Director to maximize the synergy across the group.
This merger will leverage D1’s production and development capabilities alongside MetaLab’s planning and operations expertise to improve overall business performance.

RIOT MUSIC New Management Structure
RIOT MUSIC has implemented a management restructuring to consolidate its organizational structure in anticipation of future growth. Koki Takeda will step down as CEO to focus on the production and management of the Meteopolis label as its Director. He will be succeeded by Jun Funabashi, Director and COO of Brave group, who will take over the position of CEO at RIOT MUSIC.
