Jun Funabashi began his career at Grant Thornton Taiyo LLC in 2009, specializing in statutory audit of publicly listed companies by engaging in IPO consulting, conducting financial due diligence and establishing internal controls before getting registered as a certified public accountant in 2014. Since 2019, he has contributed to various companies' success as an independent advisor. Appointed CFO at Brave group in 2020, he then joined the board of directors in July 2022. Kazuyoshi Hoshi first started at a prominent recruitment advertising agency. After a successful tenure there, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, by establishing and acquiring multiple companies.
As the CEO of Periplus Co., Ltd. (now CyberKnot Inc.), he orchestrated a successful M&A.
In 2019, he founded Virtual Entertainment Inc., where he assumed the role of CEO.
In July 2022, he joined Brave group through a business merger and was appointed to his current position of director. He also serves as the CEO of Brave group's subsidiaries MateReal Inc., And Epoch Inc., Game & Co., Inc., and ENILIS, Inc. -
Independent DirectorHiroshi KoidoHiroshi Koido embarked on his professional journey by joining CSK Corporation after graduating from Keio University in 2005.
In 2011, he joined GREE, Inc., promoting capital business partnerships between key business developers via the GREE Platform. He then served as the general manager for the Japan Games business division, overseeing business alliances development.
In April 2016, he was appointed as executive vice-president at Fanplex Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of GREE. He also served concurrently as a director at several other affiliated companies.

Independent AuditorNaho EbataIn the year 2000, Naho Ebata registered as a lawyer and joined the Abe, Ikubo & Katayama Law Firm . In 2004, based on the Limited-term Employment Act, she participated in the System Revision Deliberation Room of the General Affairs Department at the Japan Patent Office.
From 2005 onward, Naho Ebata returned to the Abe, Ikubo & Katayama Law Firm . She handled various inquiries, litigation, and corporate legal matters, including intellectual property issues, from domestic and international clients.
Since December 2020, she has served as an External Director at Abist Corporation.
In November 2022, Naho Ebata assumed the role of Acting Auditor at 3-D Matrix Corporation.

As a fresh graduate, Hitoshi Morikawa first gained experience in sales with a focus on new business development before joining a listed company where he concurrently managed corporate planning, investor relations, and launch of new business ventures.
After serving as a director at a startup specialized in human resources, he joined COLOPL, Inc., where he was the department lead for generating revenue streams from non-gaming avenues while leveraging the intellectual properties developed by the company.
With a multi-faceted experience, he joined Brave group in 2021, as the head of VX (Virtual Transformation). In October 2021, he took on the role of general manager of Sales & Planning. -

He then worked at DIGITAL HOLDINGS, INC. directly under the CFO, handling IR and finance. In September 2022, he joined Brave group, Inc. as the director of Strategic Finance. In May 2018, she founded MateReal, Inc. In October 2021, she joined Brave group, Inc. through a business merger. After graduating from university, Yuji Watanabe first joined a real-estate developer before switching to Human Resources at HIKARI TSUSHIN, INC. in December 2012 where he accumulated a vast array of experience over 10 years in management with a focus on human resources as their General Manager of Human Resources. In January 2020, he acted as Human Resources Consultant for GA Technologies and in September 2021 he became the youngest Executive Officer at C Channel Corporation as their Head of Human Resources while also serving as the General Business Manager at their affiliate mysta.
Yuji Watanabe joined Brave group in April 2023 and was appointed Executive Officer and General Manager of Human Resources in April 2024. -

After graduating from Waseda University, Tetsuro Okushi worked as a real estate sales representative before moving to an accounting firm as a consultant and project manager. With the experience gained from reforming internal processes required by the J-SOX act, he joined Kakaku.com, Inc. as part of their Internal Audit team. After accumulating various experiences regarding new business development and founding companies, Tetsuro Okushi joined Brave group in March 2023 and was appointed Executive Officer in April 2024. -
CEO, RIOT MUSIC Inc.Kouki TakedaKouki Takeda has a rich background with management experience in production, planning, advertising, event planning and merchandising at both console and PC video games companies as well as VTuber agencies.
In 2019, he joined Brave group, Inc., as the head of the New Business Development, Merchandising and Event Production departments before being appointed producer in January 2020, and leading the RIOT MUSIC project from planning to launch.
In July 2022, he was appointed director of Super Yellow Inc. before becoming the CEO along with changing the name of the company to RIOT MUSIC Inc. in June 2023. He currently serves as RIOT MUSIC executive producer and oversees the complete production process. -

In April 2016, he was appointed CEO of AppLovin Japan. Returning to the AppLovin San Francisco headquarters in January 2020, he managed game companies and led the development of NFT marketplaces for video games. In November 2022, he was appointed CEO of MetaBash Inc. In March 2023, he was appointed CEO of Brave group US Inc. -

After studying abroad, Takahiro Takizawa worked in system consulting at systems integrator before being in charge of marketing and business solutions at a mobile business venture. In 2008, he started his own company with a focus on marketing and consulting. He then launched affiliated companies in Japan and established businesses in UK, Vietnam, and Thailand; with a focus on global marketing and off-shore development, he served as director at affiliates companies both in Japan and abroad. In January 2020, he joined Brave group as the head of Sales and Business Promotion. In June 2021, he was appointed head of Virtual IP Business , and in October 2021, he was appointed general manager of the Global Business HQ.
In March 2023, with the establishment of Brave group Europe, he took on the role of managing director of Brave group Europe. -
CEO, MetaLab, Inc.Yuichi KitaAfter graduating from university, Yuichi Kita held various positions at a digital marketing company before being appointed a director, building a career in management. He then held key positions in business development at several startups. In October 2021, he joined Brave group, Inc., and became director at MetaLab Inc. in April 2022. In October 2023, he assumed the role of CEO of MetaLab. He is actively supporting the growth of metaverse and is engaged in the development of the metaverse school ME Campus, the FanTech platform FAVii and provides consulting services related to metaverses businesses.

In 1998, Tsuyoshi Hanzawa worked in PlayStation game production at Sony Computer Entertainment. He then served as the 3D CG director for the Cowboy Bebop: Knockin' on Heaven's Door anime movie.
In 2001, he founded D1 Inc. and has been involved in various ventures, including producing 3D CG for video games and anime, establishing a motion capture studio, business development in Southeast Asia and planning and development of various applications.
With a strong focus on XR and digital technologies, he took charge of the development of the digital experience for the SHISEIDO GLOBAL FLAGSHIP STORE in 2020.
In November 2023, was appointed director at MetaLab. -

Takeshi Igarashi started his career in 2005, after graduating from Rikkyo University College of Arts at Cyber Agent, Inc in their Online Advertising Department. He was then loaned at to Trenders, Inc. in 2010, one of the companies that Cyber Agent has been investing in. After a full transfer to Trenders in 2011, he contributed to their successful IPO in 2012. He was then appointed as director at Trenders in 2014. In May 2015, he founded Smarprise, Inc. and serves as its current CEO.
After successively working with United, Inc. and Game8, Inc., he joined Brave group in 2024.
