Jun Funabashi began his career at Grant Thornton Taiyo LLC in 2009, specializing in statutory audit of publicly listed companies by engaging in IPO consulting, conducting financial due diligence and establishing internal controls before getting registered as a certified public accountant in 2014. Since 2019, he has contributed to various companies' success as an independent advisor. Appointed CFO at Brave group in 2020, he then joined the board of directors in July 2022. In October 2023, he was appointed director of MetaLab Co., Ltd. before being also appointed CEO of LaRA Inc. in November 2023. and became CEO at Brave group APAC(Thailand)Co.,Ltd. in November 2024. and became Chairman at Brave group China in December 2023. and became CEO at RIOT MUSIC Inc. in October 2024.

Kazuyoshi Hoshi first started at a prominent recruitment advertising agency. After a successful tenure there, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, by establishing and acquiring multiple companies.
As the CEO of Periplus Co., Ltd. (now CyberKnot Inc.), he orchestrated a successful M&A.
In 2019, he founded Virtual Entertainment Inc., where he assumed the role of CEO.
In July 2022, he joined Brave group through a business merger and was appointed to his current position of director. He also serves as the CEO of Brave group's subsidiaries MateReal Inc., And Epoch Inc., Game & Co., Inc., ENILIS, Inc. and Brave pictures Inc..

After graduating from Waseda University, Sasuke Shimomura joined the Equity Research Division of Goldman Sachs Japan. He was then responsible for UUUM Co., Ltd. corporate planning, including creator strategy, budgeting and M&A. He also served as the CFO for SoVa Inc being in charge of fundraising since company founding. He later joined Eight Roads Ventures Japan where he conducted M&A exits for several portfolio companies while mainly focusing on investments in Entertainment and Media industries. Assumed the position of Executive Officer and CSO upon joining Brave group in June 2024. Appointed to the current role of Director, CSO in October 2025.

Hiroshi Koido embarked on his professional journey by joining CSK Corporation after graduating from Keio University in 2005.
In 2011, he joined GREE, Inc., promoting capital business partnerships between key business developers via the GREE Platform. He then served as the general manager for the Japan Games business division, overseeing business alliances development.
In April 2016, he was appointed as executive vice-president at Fanplex Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of GREE. He also served concurrently as a director at several other affiliated companies.
In November 2017, after leaving GREE, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding Bizconcier.
In December 2022, he was appointed as an Independent director of Brave group Inc.

After graduating from Hitotsubashi University, he joined DDI Corporation (now KDDI Corporation) in April 1996. Following a tenure at a foreign-affiliated consulting firm, he gained extensive practical experience, primarily in the Corporate Planning and Administration divisions.

Subsequently, he successfully led the IPO (Initial Public Offering) efforts for three companies as the person in charge of listing preparations. He currently focuses his activities on serving as an External Director and providing support for the IPOs of startup companies.

He was appointed as an Audit & Supervisory Board Member of our company in September 2025 (current position).

In October 1987, Tetsuya Naito joined KPMG Minato Audit Corporation (now Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC).
In April 1991, he became a certified public accountant, and in May 1994, he obtained the CPA certification in the United States (California).
In August 1995, he joined KPMG Peat Marwick (now KPMG LLP) Los Angeles office before becoming a partner in July 1998
In August 2005, he joined ShinNihon Audit Corporation (now Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC) Tokyo office.
In January 2006, he became the representative member of the Tokyo office.
In August 2008, he became the lead partner of executive management.
In September 2012, he became a senior partner.
In June 2022, after retiring from his previous position, he was appointed outside director (audit and supervisory committee member) at YUKIGUNI MAITAKE Co.,Ltd.
In July 2022, he was appointed independent auditor at Brave group Inc.

In the year 2000, Naho Ebata registered as a lawyer and joined the Abe, Ikubo & Katayama Law Firm . In 2004, based on the Limited-term Employment Act, she participated in the System Revision Deliberation Room of the General Affairs Department at the Japan Patent Office.
From 2005 onward, Naho Ebata returned to the Abe, Ikubo & Katayama Law Firm . She handled various inquiries, litigation, and corporate legal matters, including intellectual property issues, from domestic and international clients.
Since December 2020, she has served as an External Director at Abist Corporation.
In November 2022, Naho Ebata assumed the role of Acting Auditor at 3-D Matrix Corporation.
In December 2022, she took on the position of Independent Auditor at Brave group Inc.
