In order to support the expansion of the scope of our activities and to achieve both organic and inorganic growth on a global scale, we have appointed new key members to join our director and executive boards, consolidating our corporate structure.
Following our global growth-focused strategy, in 2023, we have set up five new offices in four different countries, expanding our reach into English-speaking and Chinese-speaking regions as well as Europe, while also holding global auditions that saw the birth of 20 international VTubers under our umbrella.
Including our business mergers with four other companies within the last year, we have expanded the scope of our activities, going beyond IP-based business and are now also focusing our efforts in different domains such as nurturing Incubation, creating new Platforms, promoting esports, developing XR and other Digital technologies, sustaining growth across every area.

Additionally, we have accepted the resignation of Takehiro Yamaguchi who has served as an Independent Director from November 2018 until April 8, 2024.

New International Offices
New offices have been established, totalling 11 across the world and creating a Brave presence in five different countries (Japan, United States, United Kingdom, Thailand and China).
Comment from Sugiyama, Independent Director
Kosuke Sugiyama joined GREE, Inc. in 2012 before being appointed executive officer in 2019. As the Head of Corporate Planning, he leads the group’s management strategy. In 2023, he founded REALITY Studios, Inc. and serves as its Representative Director.
