ENILIS Inc. (Headquartered in Minato, Tokyo; CEO Takayoshi Hoshi; henceforth ENILIS), a 100% subsidiary of Brave group Inc., proudly announced their merging with brossom Inc. (Headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo; CEO Soichiro Uno; henceforth brossom), a company dedicated to development and production of VLiver as well as related online services, confirming the consolidation of their management as a Brave group company.
This marks Brave group’s ninth successful M&A.
Background and overview
In recent years, the virtual talent market has expanded rapidly and is attracting attention as a new rapid growth area within the entertainment industry.
Brave group is engaged in multiple Intellectual Property (IP) related businesses, especially in the IP Production business that develops and produces VTubers, and currently runs 16 companies along 13 locations in five countries providing goods and services around the world.
ENILIS, a group company of Brave group, launched its VLiver business “HareVare” in July 2023, focusing on the growth potential of the market.
Founded in 2019, brossom is a company that produces and manages VLivers. It operates multiple VLiver agencies and as of today has a total of over 200 talents. Based on many years of experience in running agencies, brossom shines due to unique live streamer training and management know-how, as well as very high-quality illustration production, which have enabled the company to produce many award-winning and top-ranked live streamers. Additionally, brossom has vast experience and has gathered significant achievements in the digital content field, including web service development.
Through this business integration, brossom and ENILIS will share both their assets and know-how as they join their operations, aiming to improve creativity as they create even greater value.
By making the most of Brave group’s resources, the merged company aims to maximize business efficiency and strengthen their operating structure.
