Various initiatives from HR, including the Adventure Program, allowing Brave members to take on senior roles and challenges

As Brave group continues to grow its business and organization, in order to preserve the company’s culture and core values, a culture deck has been created: Brave Culture ~A Symphony of Innovations, Pioneering a Brighter Tomorrow~, which has been made public.
Additionally, the Adventure Program launched in April 2024, which allows employees to take on high-level challenges above their roles, has recorded 12 members participating in this initiative during the past year.

About the Culture Deck

Brave group operates a diversified range of business both in Japan and around the world, including its flagship VTuber business through its IP Production business, as well as initiatives in closely related fields under its IP Platform and IP Solution businesses. About the Adventure Program

In order to encourage individual initiatives and create opportunities for growth, Brave group launched the Adventure Program with the goal of identifying and developing future candidates for leadership positions.

Employees can register for this program either by their own initiative or via recommendation by their manager. After a preparation period, participants present their ideas and vision to company executives, including the higher management of their department as well as members of the board. If selected, participants are given the opportunity to take on a higher-level role for a period of six months to one year.

At the end of the challenge period, their performance is reviewed and if their contributions are deemed successful, they are officially promoted.

Word from Keito Noguchi, CEO of Brave group

The culture we value at Brave group is built on the foundation of countless experiences: all the challenges, successes, failures and setbacks we faced.I hope that this Culture Deck will be of interest not only to our current members, but also to the prospective candidates considering joining us, our potential future partners, and the many stakeholders who continue to support us.

As for the Adventure Program, which has been running for a year, I’m continually inspired by the boldness and the determination of the brave members who took a step forward to take on the challenge.

Moving forward, we will continue to create an environment where every Brave group member can achieve the peak of their career. By maximizing individual growth and impact, we aim to become a global company that represents Japan on the world stage.
