After graduating from Keio University, Yasumasa Kosugi joined Fujitsu Limited. He then worked as a sell side analyst at Goldman Sachs Japan Co., Ltd before joining Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. as the head of Private Equity Fund, engaging in Equity Capital Market and IPO planning. He then worked at DIGITAL HOLDINGS, INC. directly under the CFO, handling IR and finance.
Assumed the position of General Manager of the Finance Strategy Division upon joining Brave group in September 2022. Subsequently appointed Executive Officer, CFO in December 2022, and promoted to the current role of Senior Executive Officer, CFO in October 2025. -
Senior Executive Officer, Chief Human Resource OfficerYuji WatanabeBrave group Europe Ltd. Director
After graduating from university, Yuji Watanabe first joined a real-estate developer before switching to Human Resources at HIKARI TSUSHIN, INC. in December 2012 where he accumulated a vast array of experience over 10 years in management with a focus on human resources as their General Manager of Human Resources. In January 2020, he acted as Human Resources Consultant for GA Technologies and in September 2021 he became the youngest Executive Officer at C Channel Corporation as their Head of Human Resources while also serving as the General Business Manager at their affiliate mysta.
Assumed the role of Executive Officer in April 2024 after joining Brave group in April 2023, and was appointed to the current position of Senior Executive Officer and CHRO in October 2025. -

As a fresh graduate, Hitoshi Morikawa first gained experience in sales with a focus on new business development before joining a listed company where he concurrently managed corporate planning, investor relations, and launch of new business ventures.
After serving as a director at a startup specialized in human resources, he joined COLOPL, Inc., where he was the department lead for generating revenue streams from non-gaming avenues while leveraging the intellectual properties developed by the company.
With a multi-faceted experience, he joined Brave group in 2021, as the head of VX (Virtual Transformation). In October 2021, he took on the role of general manager of Sales & Planning. -

In 2009, Kyuyon Kim joined CyberAgent, Inc., where she gained experience in advertising sales and promotion of the gaming business via marketing, business development, etc. From September 2015, she worked as a freelancer specialized in the foreign business development of the mobile game industry. In May 2018, she founded MateReal, Inc. In October 2021, she joined Brave group Inc. through a business merger. In October 2023, she was appointed executive office and deputy general manager of Corporate Strategy. Appointed as Officer, VP of IP Production in October 2024. -

After graduating from Waseda University, Yutaka Takeda joined a major game company, where he in charge of international licensing. Later, at GREE, Inc., he was involved in business development focusing on both worldwide licensing as well as promoting the development of domestic and international partnerships. In November 2022, he joined Brave group Inc. In February 2023, he was appointed general manager of the Global Business HQ. On October 2023, he was appointed executive officer. Appointed as Officer, VP of IP Platform and Solution in October 2024. -
Executive Officer, Chief Revenue OfficerKotaro SoneCEO, Brave group US Inc.
After working for an online game company, Kotaro Sone joined GREE and was engaged in the development and management of various IPs. He then worked at SEGA and managed gamification projects and contributed to subsidiaries planning. At SHOWROOM, he was driving new business initiatives, including live commerce, and was involved in capital policy and strategy development; he eventually became a Director and COO, overseeing the company's operations.
Assumed the position of Executive Officer upon joining Brave group in October 2024. Appointed to the current role of Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer in October 2025. -
Executive Officer, Chief Studio & Creative OfficerTakanari NakamuraAfter graduating from a technical high school, engaged in website and smartphone application development at an SIer (System Integrator). Later, at DMM.com LLC, worked on the development of a video streaming app, a VR video streaming app, and services related to cryptocurrency, before joining MateReal Inc.
Joined our company in June 2022 and was appointed as General Manager of the Studio Department (formerly System Department) in the Corporate Growth Division. After serving as the Head of the Creative Division, was appointed as Executive Officer, CSCO in October 2024 (current position). -

After graduating from the University of Tokyo, Masaru Yamasaki joined Nippon Ichi Software, Inc. After becoming a certified public accountant, he worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, focusing on statutory audits and IPO planning.
He then worked in Singapore in finance, accounting and audit. Upon returning to Japan, he engaged in managerial accounting for a venture company. After serving as a director (Audit and Supervisory board member) at Cinnamon Inc., he joined Brave group Inc., in November 2022 as the general manager of Group Management. In December 2022, he was appointed executive officer. -
Executive Officer, Chief Risk OfficerTetsuro OkushiAfter graduating from Waseda University, Tetsuro Okushi worked as a real estate sales representative before moving to an accounting firm as a consultant and project manager. With the experience gained from reforming internal processes required by the J-SOX act, he joined Kakaku.com, Inc. as part of their Internal Audit team. After accumulating various experiences regarding new business development and founding companies, Tetsuro Okushi joined Brave group in March 2023 and was appointed Executive Officer in April 2024.
