(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Sho Kawamata), which specializes in live streaming services and also operates a VTuber business, with the aim of strengthening collaboration in the VTuber and VLiver business domains.
Background and Purpose of the Business Partnership
Brave group operates multiple IP-related businesses, primarily its IP Production business, which produces VTubers, and currently has 18 group companies providing services worldwide.
In recent years, the virtual talent market, including VTubers and VLivers, has been rapidly expanding both in Japan and overseas. While diverse activity forms and fan communities are being established, the market’s growth necessitates the creation of higher quality content and the development of mechanisms to support talents across multiple platforms.
In light of this situation, this partnership was established to achieve more multifaceted growth and development by integrating Brave group’s cultivated operational know-how and track record in the VTuber and VLiver businesses with jig.jp’s various services, including its live streaming service, and its business management capabilities.
By combining the strengths of each company, we will promote business expansion in both the VTuber and VLiver domains and advance the construction of a sustainable creator ecosystem.
