ENILIS, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brave group will be merging its operations by incorporating MateReal, Inc., another wholly-owned subsidiary of Brave group as well as brossom, Inc.

In light of this market growth, ENILIS, a subsidiary of Brave group, launched its VLiver business in July 2023 as well as its VTuber business in October of the same year, having rolled out a total of three different virtual projects. With 44 talents currently affiliated with the company and participating in various projects such as the VLiver project HareVare from which several talents debuted as VTuber later on, the company is not only nurturing unique virtual talents but also actively supporting diverse career paths for these talents.
MateReal was established in May 2018 and joined Brave group in June 2022. It currently operates the virtual idol group Palette Project with 14 affiliated talents, including understudies.
brossom was established in 2019 as a company that produces and manages Vlibers, operating several VLiver agencies with a total of over 200 affiliated talents. The company leverages its long-standing experience in the field to offer a unique talent development, management and high-quality production environment and has produced numerous award winners and top ranking VLivers.
Through this merger, the aim is to leverage the experience of each company and share the technical knowledge across all three companies to support further the growth of the talents. Additionally, the centralized management structure will allow for faster and more flexible decision making in order to respond to the ever changing entertainment market and improve corporate management efficiency and value.
