Brave group announces that the major Korean VTuber agency StelLive will be merged into the group as well as the establishment of Brave group Korea to promote operations in the region.
Background
Brave group, a prominent Japanese company dedicated to the production of IP and digital content recognized for its leadership in the VTuber industry, continues to expand its global presence through a wide range of IP-driven businesses, including content production, platform development, and digital solutions. With a mission to deliver a Japanese adventure into a global romance and strike wonder in 8 billion hearts, Brave group is actively pursuing international growth opportunities.
As part of its global expansion strategy, Brave group announced the launch of Brave global capital(1), an investment and partnership initiative aimed at accelerating the development of the next-generation IP ecosystem through strategic mergers, capital alliances, and cross-border collaborations, in September 2024. This initiative laid the groundwork for the current business integration of StelLive.
The Korean VTuber market is the third largest in the world, following Japan and the United States. Drawing on the expertise in fan community-building through the global success of K-POP idols, the Korean VTuber scene has gained both popularity and mainstream recognition, highlighted by a virtual idol group achieving the No. 1 ranking on a national Korean TV music program.
StelLive, established in April 2023, is one of the fastest-growing VTuber production companies in Korea, led by the female streamer GANGZI(2), who has amassed over 700,000 YouTube subscribers. The agency currently manages nine talents, with a combined total of over 1.8 million YouTube subscribers and over 1.5 million followers on CHZZK(3), Korea’s popular streaming platform. A pop-up store held in May 2025 drew approximately 9,000 visitors, underscoring StelLive’s rapid and ongoing growth.(* Figures as of July 2025)
To date, Brave group has supported StelLive through a strategic partnership, providing assistance with 3D model and content production. Going forward, this partnership will be further strengthened while maintaining StelLive’s current management structure and operational policies. By leveraging Brave group’s full suite of assets, including advanced production capabilities and extensive experiences in merchandising and goodies sales, this new multifaceted strategy aims to accelerate further StelLive’s growth.

Jeong Dohyeon, CEO, StelLive Inc.
I still vividly remember when our journey with Brave group first began. What started as a simple conversation gradually grew into a relationship built on trust.
Today, I’m truly delighted and excited that we can now move forward together as one team. StelLive has always been a place where individual talents, each shining with their own unique color, come together like stars, illuminating and uplifting one another. With this spirit, we have nurtured our dreams, and I hold great hope that, together with Brave group, we can now take those dreams even further while staying true to this vision that we have always held dear. Thanks to our previous partnership, we have already been able to take on many new challenges. Now, as part of the group, I sincerely hope that StelLive can continue to preserve its unique identity and core values.
I would be deeply grateful if you would continue to support and warmly watch over StelLive’s journey. Thank you, as always, for your support.

As we worked together through our business partnership, the desire to take on ever greater challenges on the global stage grew stronger. After many discussions, I am truly pleased that this has led to a full business integration.
With StelLive and Brave group now joining forces, we aim to launch a world-class project from Korea, aiming for the global stage. We hope that you will continue to support us and look forward to what’s to come as we grow together.
