Background and Purpose of the Management Structure Changes
Brave group upholds the Purpose of “Japanese Adventure, Worldwide Romance” and, guided by its Mission to “Strike wonder in 8 billion hearts,” operates multiple businesses in Japan and overseas. These businesses mainly are categorized into 2 domains including the IP Production domain which mainly cosists of VTuber business, and IP Platform and IP Solution domains which relate to peripheral IP businesses.
Since its founding in October 2017, the company has been supported by many people, and today, October 1, it has reached its 10th fiscal year.
To realize further growth, we believe it is important to leverage the strengths of each company and business while deepening collaboration across the entire group.
Through these changes to the management structure, including the promotion of executive officers who oversee our business domains and the appointment of executive officers responsible for legal, human resources, and IT across the group, we will strengthen both our business execution capabilities and our management foundation, and drive business growth as one group.
