Tokyo, Japan January 25, 2023 – Brave group Inc. is pleased to announce it has entered a capital and business partnership with Animoca Brands, the Hong Kong based Web3 company to further expand efforts into the world of the Metaverse. With this new investment, Brave group Inc. has cumulatively raised 3.04 billion yen in investment funds.

Brave group Inc. is a startup established in 2017 and led by Veteran entrepreneur Keito Noguchi, which currently operates the Virtual Music Agency “RIOT MUSIC” and the next generation Virtual eSports project “Vspo!”. More recently, Brave group has launched their Metaverse platform development business that utilizes the company’s own metaverse engine, the “Brave Engine.
Brave group has doubled down on the global development of their business and intellectual property in the last two years. In August 2021, they launched a partnership with “MyAnimeList,” one of the world’s largest anime communities.
The following May 2022, they formed a business alliance with Billboard Indonesia, the Indonesian chapter of the worldwide music organization Billboard, and are continuing to strengthen their global alliances.
The year 2022 has also been called the first year of Web 3.0, and while any number of startups within the Web3 space are popping up around the world and the attracting increasing attention, Brave group in anticipation of the coming Web 3.0 era was one of the first to take concrete action by distributing NFTs using sound at RIOT MUSIC’s offline online simultaneous concert “Re:Volt 2022” held in March 2022. These NFT’s were uniquely disturbed using sound.
Animoca Brands, the parent company of Animoca Brands KK, is a Hong Kong-based Web 3.0 company investing in blockchain games, the Metaverse, DeFi, virtual currency wallets, and various other fields around the world to build a unique Web3 ecosystem.
Animoca Brands KK was established in October 2021 by Animoca Brands in Japan as a strategic subsidiary.
