globie, a First for European VTubers Fans
globie marks the first time a Japanese company has endeavoured to create a multi-lingual VTuber project directly within and for Europe. In addition to English language VTubers, Spanish, French, and German speaking VTubers are being recruited with the intent to debut by the end of 2023. VTubers who speak other languages commonly spoken in Europe are potentially debuting down the road. globie’s recruitment drive officially begins June 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM JST.

globie Opens Auditions
Auditions have officially opened for the 1st generation of globie VTubers. Present auditions are open to all English speakers as well as those who speak languages broadly spoken across Europe. Nationality nor gender have no bearing on these auditions, so all are encouraged to apply.

FavieBox, Bringing Japanese Goods Directly to Europe
August 1, 2023 will see the launch of FavieBox, a brand new site bringing the latest in Japanese anime goods directly to Europe at affordable prices. FavieBox aims to also become a place where European fans can find out about the latest and the most interesting developments coming out of Japanese sub-culture directly from the source. Fans can expect products from a wide variety of IP from the outset, and in the future FavieBox will serve as a hub for Brave group fans to support their favourite groups via official merch sales. Coming To Europe and Reaching Out to Under-represented Countries & Cultures in VTubing
VTubing caught on very quickly in its birthplace of Japan, and subsequently other parts of Asia in addition to The United States.
Comparatively, the European VTuber market is still in its infancy and remains under-represented by major companies despite its very large and passionate communities of fans. Germany is an example of such display of passions, counting many independent VTubers debuting every year. Still, many VTuber curious folks in Europe have to settle for either Japanese-speaking or American-English based talents despite the fact that Europe boasts a nearly-750 million person population with more than 20 official languages spoken.
Europe is ultimately a multi-lingual and multi-cultural continent and while many of its residents do speak English, that lack of major VTuber production that strives to reach its many local cultures in the plethora of languages its residents speak is something that needs to be served.
Therefore, Brave group opted to establish a base in the heart of London to reach out to the whole of Europe, working with local staff and talents to dually develop a range of VTubers with local appeal and spread the joy of Japanese sub-culture directly to Europe.
